The detector provides an early warning of flood situations, such as taps being left on. The flood detector sits on the floor by the bath or sink, and detects if water has leaked or over-flowed onto the floor. It sends an alarm call to the 24/7 Response Centre where staff will alert the client or a nominated contact so that the flood can be stopped.
Our staff will respond and speak to you via the alarm unit. If they cannot get in touch they will summon help.
We will call for help by contacting one of your nominated key holders (relative, friend or neighbour)
