Our Personal Alarm Service connects you to our 24-hour monitoring team, are here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to give reassurance that help is at hand, if and when needed.

What do I need?
No landline or internet required. You only need to connect the home hub to mains power. You will have to provide us with a minimum of two named key holder, who can be contacted and who will be able attend if required in an emergency.

Self Installation of your personal alarm
It's easy. We will deliver your Home Smart Hub & Personal Pendant to your address in 2 - 3 working days. Once delivered simply follow instruction on your Installation guide
Step 1: Plug in the Unit
Plug the mains adaptor into a power socket in your home. The LED lights on the unit should come on and appear red. This will indicate the unit is powering up. The unit will start talking to you.
Step 2: Follow the Voice Guided installation process
Follow the simple voice guided instructions on how to set up and test your alarm.
Step 3: Set up Complete
Your hub unit will let you know when set has been successfully complete. Don’t forget to test your alarm every month.

Raising an alarm call from your personal alarm
If you need help, an alarm call can be easily raised from anywhere in the home or garden (up to 300 metres coverage) simply by pressing the button on your pendant, or by using the large illuminated red button on home hub.

Help is called
The Call Advisor will speak to you via the loudspeaker on the Home Hub unit and can hear you through a powerful microphone. After establishing the reason for your call, our Call Advisor will provide you with the most appropriate help and assistance. We can arrange for a friend, neighbour or relative to check on you, and can even contact your emergency services on your behalf.

Help arrives
Our Call Advisor will remain on the phone with you until help arrives, providing complete peace of mind to you and your family.
All Calls to Radius Connect 24 Monitoring Centre are recorded for the purpose of improving the quality of the services we provide, and may be used for quality and training purposes.
